The food is so fresh, I keep going back tot he Orecchiette with Strathbogie Goat. It is pasta with a difference, and the wine is amazing. All local wines. The by the glass wines change regularly so you can sample a few if you keep coming back (which we do!)

What a treat to have such an amazing little wine bar in town. Showcases local wines and produce from the region with an Italian influence. Is definitely a fave. Menu changes regularly. Highly recommend and encourage to book. The restaurant and wine bar is open from 12pm to 10pm Thursday to Sunday. Their newest venture is a cafe called ‘Next Door’-Obviously as right next door! It is open every day from 8am. Highly recommend following this team on “facey”. They do a monthly regional wine dinner. Is usually a Wednesday and books out super quickly once announced!

Eighteen Sixty is an intimate restaurant located in the heart of Nagambie in Central Victoria, showcasing local produce through Italian-leaning eyes, as well as the wines of this amazing region. We’re open Thursday to Sunday, and our cafe ‘Next Door’ is open every day from 8am. Bookings are strongly recommended. We can’t wait to see you!
