Northern Chinese cuisine anyone? Northern Chinese might be a little foreign to some, and makes use of spices such as cumin, sesame, chilli, and can be quite different from common everyday Chinese fare. This spot has skewers that is charcoal roasted right on your table, and you can even get a whole shoulder of lamb (highly recommended!) Sited in the gloriously seedy and vibrant Geylang, it's worth a visit for the delicious food, and sticky beak into Singapore's 'underbelly' town. Restaurant is open till 6am, and decorated in a bizarre but fascinatingly kitsch manner reminiscent of a colour-blind nanna on crack.

Authentic PRC Chinese BBQ cuisine, differentiated by their spice mix. You can chose meat, fish, chicken or vegetable by the "stick". There about 4 to 5 pieces (small bite size).
