Walk over the sand in low tide... there is a rope swing in the bushlands for a bit extra! Playpark for little kids. Popular for picnics. It's on the "Spit to Manly" walk (above)

BBQs, Playground with shade cloth, half basketball court, shelter, tables. and seating. It's also on the Manly to Spit walk.

North Harbour reserve is a beautiful spot to have a picnic. Free BBQ's are provided and 40 Beans cafe is located near the park for coffee.
