What was once a popular food truck is now one of Bend’s most happening local hangouts, with timely counter service, vintage booths, and year-round outdoor seating. The walls are adorned with funky, colorful paintings, and the menu is filled with Mexican street food and inventive margaritas. The tacos here are the main draw, but the crackling chicharrones and tantalizing specials board are no slouch either. Both of El Sancho’s locations are open for takeout, indoor dining, delivery, and outdoor dining, with an additional food cart outside Crux.
