Started by a New Zealand couple, Stowaway has a modern, friendly vibe with a small but delicious menu. There are fresh baked pastries as well as egg dishes. (Get the spiced fruit toast, whatever you do...)

The food here is all amazing! This is by far our favorite spot for some breakfast + coffee. Owned by a husband-wife from Australia, the decor is fabulous and the food is even better. Our personal favorite is the Colorful Colorado hash, but we've also heard from friends we take to this spot that the trout is to die for.

An indie neighborhood staple with a Brooklyn feel. Really great dishes with a lot of imagination. Try the 'Colorful Colorado'!

Super cute coffee shop with great food, but probably not the best place to get real work done if you're looking for that type of experience. Nice place to hang though as the space is so bright and lively, can get a little busy during breakfast rush on weekends.
