Amazing food. Local and sustainable butcher shop and sandwhich shop, bone broths, dinners to take home. By far the best sandwiches in town.

Nevada City - The best sandwiches in town, in my opinion. They have outdoor picnic tables, doggy friendly.

Sooo good on so many levels. Great sandwiches well as charcutier meat to go. Outdoor seating only. The inside is small and for ordering only. It is pricey. But, if you appreciate food you will think it is worth it.

A tiny delicatessen featuring home-cured meats from local farms. The Ham Standard is my favorite sandwich, but they have daily specials as well. Excellent selection of wines and other drinks, along with cured meats, frozen foods, and delicious sides. Expect to pay a lot, but remember that it’s about the highest quality meat you can get short of raising it yourself.
