If you like bourbon, scotch and whiskey this is the place for you. I recommend trying the homegrown whisky.

The atmosphere is great here - if you are going out for a night of drinks and live music at The Rialto or Cub Congress, (or any other number of live music venues within walking distance downtown), this is a great meeting point to have a drink beforehand! Decent selection of wines and plenty of beers on tap. It's a bit hidden - you may not normally stumble into, but right in the heart of all the downtown nightlife.

A sweet whisky distillery. A bowler hat is entirely appropriate at this bar. "We’re a small-batch, independently-minded bar and distillery, located in the heart of historic downtown Tucson, Arizona. The Independent Distillery is a small-batch distillery and bar with a convivial atmosphere encompassing both indoor and outdoor spaces. It's in the heart of downtown, but a bit off the beaten track-- feels like a great find to stumble across on the narrow Arizona Avenue, just off of Congress.
