This "tasting room" is a relatively new addition to Providence's Night Life, opening just this past March. I was aware and hoped to get there with a friend sometime soon. Luckily the Providence Journal has published a review in today's paper and my interest in checking it out has intensified. You can sample their organic and gluten free Gin, Vodka, and Limoncello in addition to selections from their Creative Cocktail Menu all of which sound very intrigueing and have gone right to the top of my "must try" list. Should it be the Coffee Milk, Rhode Island Iced Tea, or the Barden Harvest. Each of these offerings contain local ingredients hand crafted or foraged. From the photo, the decor looks relaxing and lovely.

If you like to sample, this place is just down the road. Although it might be the closest, it is just one of many in the area.
