If you like wine (or wine smoothies!), head over to Port of Leonardtown winery. This winery cooperative owned by local grape growers is quite popular with the locals. They have live music and, if it’s warmer weather, lawn games.

Locally grown grapes and locally produced Award winning wines, made from 12 local vineyards, a tasting room and Leonardtown Public Park make this a great place to visit. Bring a picnic or select from local cheeses, crackers, and meats, and enjoy a bottle of wine on the patio. The Park offers walking trails, picnic tables, and a gazebo. There are 2 different tasting options: Swirl Series for $5 or Black Label for $8. They also celebrate First Friday’s in Leonardtown, Music Saturday, and special events. Hours are Monday thru Sunday, 12 p.m. - 6 p.m. and 12 p.m. - 9 p.m. a First Friday’s every month.
