A 20-minute drive from Burzet, this establishment is located in Sagnes-et-Goudoulet on the Ardèche Plateau. It has been run by the Chanéac family for four generations and Jean-François, the chef, still respects the recipes of his mother and grandmother even if he sometimes knows how to add new flavors to the tradition. You will therefore discover excellent traditional recipes made with quality products provided in large part by the brother of Jean-François breeder and producer in organic farming.
