A review of this restaurant appeared in the Providence Journal on Wednesday July 24, 2019 as Providence's newest ramen spot with a playful vibe. The review talks about their beautiful renovation of a restaurant that is located in what locals call the Biltmore garage. (Fijidini, another recommend in my guidebook is also located there) The restaurant seats 30 many at communal tables. The review describes "meat or veggie noodle bowls, chilled sake in kitty condiment pots and a wall of anime and cartoon characters." The owners were among the first to intro Ramen to the city. The food looks delicious and the restaurant decor intriguing. Got to go!Tori Tomo won an award for Commercial Interior Design. Got to go! I finally got to go this past January. I had Tomato Ramen and shared the Taho Yaki side plate. Everything was very delicious. My dining companion thought the atmospphere was a bit cold not in temperature, but in atmosphere. I wasn't as bothered by it, but there is a case to be made. I would return any time.
