With executive chef Jin Choi's simplistic yet technical and delicately composed dishes, you will experience a once in a lifetime culinary highlight. The team grows and forages on the property and focusses on highlighting the bounty of the Adelaide Hills with a menu crafted from fresh, seasonal foods of the area and with wine, particularly chosen just for you from the sommelier. Open 7 days a week for dinner from 6pm and for lunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 12pm.
