Newly renovated this summer, with an updated kitchen, expanded menu, refurbished exhibits and open 7 days a week from June 5th to October. This is a place unique to Florenceville-Bristol as the French Fry Capital of the World. Carleton County IS potato world! A wonderful museum about everyone's favourite tuber. Every-way French Fries (including dessert options) and other potato-focused food at the restaurant. Potato-head photo ops! Seasonal - confirm hours to avoid disappointment.
