Lots of samples to savor. Sartori cheese is ranked high if not the best artisan cheese in the world, many varieties and all are fantastic. We love the Merlot BellaVitano; but their Sarvecchio has won the worlds double gold. Go for lunch at the Cheese Counter: all the grilled cheese are classic.
