Excellent food with a varied specials board. Themed nights including a selection of curries on a Thursday amazing value for delicious food. Lovely Sunday lunch. Dog friendly with large garden.

The Royal Oak – Wotton-Under-Edge A short walk away on Haw Street, Tel 01453 5217AG. A traditional country pub offering a host of real ales, Ciders and lagers. There is a good menu with vegetarian and gluten free options. There is also a large garden to the rear.

Quiet pub with a varied food menu. Specials most evenings with reasonable value meals. I have eaten here a couple of time and the food has been good. Large beer garden at the back with a smoking shelter.
