I recommend a very nice walk through the ancient Ghetto, visit Portico d'Ottavia and have a nice meal in the area. Try "Carciofi alla Giudea" or "Carciofi alla Romana" in one of the restaurants as "Giggetto al Portico d'Ottavia".

Roman theater wanted and built by Emperor Augustus, too often overshadowed by the imposing Colosseum! It is located a few steps from the Campidoglio hill, the place already established by the antiquity of the city's administrative power.

Piu' vecchio di 80 anni del Colosseo! A differenza di quest'ultimo è di forma semicircolare, e sembra sia il teatro più antico giunto fino ai nostri tempi.
