Beautiful horse-shoe shaped sandy beach less than 10 minutes drive away Lifeguards on duty over the summer months. Stunning 2km lighted strand line walk which continues on to 1km of ' the cliff walk'. Diamond Rocks cafe is situated at the end of the srand-line walk before heading into the cliff walk'.

Beautiful beach with lots of restaurants located nearby. There is also a market every Sunday morning with fresh bread and produce.

The Pollock Holes in Kilkee are an amazing phenomenon - essentially 3 very deep rock pools that get exposed when the tide is out, where people can swim, dive etc. The water is warmer in these Holes than in the sea. They're also surrounded by small rock pools and lots to explore on the rocks (which are mostly flat). You are standing beside the Atlantic Ocean, looking out at the waves hitting the cliff edges and in this little oasis. A must do experience. To get there, when you get to the roundabout in Kilkee from Carrigaholt, take a sharp left and follow the road up till you get to the Diamond Rocks Cafe car park and you'll see them there in front of you (if the tide is out of course!).
