The people who run it are completely entrenched in the cheese world, from the farm to the cheesemaking to cooking and retail. Selections change daily, and they have a beautiful hand-carved bar. It’s a great place to meet a friend because you can linger like you’re at a coffee shop, except they serve wine and cheese. If you’re in the mood for more than just cheese, try their mac and cheese with a crispy bread-crumb topping.

Cheese and Beer! I usually get the cheesemonger's plate. You get fancy cheese, and an education on fancy cheese while drink craft beer.
