My favourite, local art house cinema in a beautiful old barn on the Dartington Estate. There's also a small cafe/bar right next door.

A cinema with a difference! enjoy watching a great film in a 14th century barn set within the medieval courtyard of Dartington Hall. The cinema is intimate and cosy and in my opinion definately beats any of the larger more commercial cinemas! the barn cinema cafe bar serves sweets, popcorn and refreshments. Locals tip: Dartington and the Cider Press Centre (also on the estate) has shops, cafe/restaurants and a pub on site the White hart Inn at Dartington hall is one of the closest. Check opening times and try and tie in a drink or a meal at one of these to make the most of your visit.

Great films and you can have a beer afterwards ! It is next to Dartington Hall - for the hardy it is a walk from Totnes (about 40 minutes) along the cycle path and then turn up Dartington Drive which ends up at the Hall.
