Baan Kilee is a delightful beachfront villa on Lipa Noi Beach, along the west coast of Koh Samui. An ideal resort-alternative for families, the home features three swimming pools (including two kids' pools), a sea-kayak, a playground, beachfront dining, and a children's playroom that can be converted into a kids' bedroom. The talented and attentive staff includes a personal Thai chef and a villa manager.

The home is perfectly designed to optimize its seaside position and panoramic views of the Gulf of Thailand. An expansive infinite pool of beautiful blue tile extends along the edge of the beach, inviting you to savor a delicious plunge or bask in the sun's rays on semi-submerged lounge chairs. Between the pool and the beach is a lovely dining table, an enchanting venue for home-catered feasts in the ocean breeze. Sip evening cocktails at the poolside bar and marvel at the sunset from the lip of the sea.

A gorgeous grass courtyard extends from the pool toward the main pavilion, creating a lovely cloistered ambiance bathed in ocean air The main dining room features an open wall and expansive views, its table accompanied by a pair of stunning bed swings and exquisite Buddhist décor. The neighboring home theater is ideal for family movie night.

The villa's superb bedrooms provide dreamy private havens infused with the sounds of waves and swaying palms. There are four king suites (one of which includes two children's beds as well), one suite with a pair of single beds, and a playroom suite with three single beds. All of the rooms feature ensuite bathrooms, and five include satellite televisions. There are two additional loft sleeping spaces accessible by ladder.

Beyond the private paradise of Baan Kilee, you're about ten minutes from the town of Nathon, where you can catch a boat for a daytrip to Angthong National Marine Park. The neighboring inland forests include the enchanting Buddhist sites of Wat Kiri Wongkaram, Wat Sila Ngu, and Secret Buddha Garden, as well as the beautiful Hin Lat Waterfall. Santiburi Golf Course is about forty minutes to the north.

Chef/In-Villa/Pre-Arrival Shopping Service:
- Pre-arrival shopping and chef or in-villa shopping service are available at 20% of grocery cost + 7% VAT as handling fee.
- Chef's additional: Additional chef or helper needed with additional charge to guests if the number of staying adults in the villa is more than 14 adults or total of 18 people adults and kids combined.
- Meals will be served family-style. Guests, especially big groups, are requested to dine together at the same time, to ensure a smooth meal service. If a la carte style and/or more than one-sitting is required per meal, an additional kitchen chef is required.
- An additional kitchen hand costs THB 1,000++ per day whereas an additional chef costs THB 2,500++ per day. Rates are subject to 10% service charge and 7% VAT.
