Sowie auch die Märkte in Italien mit Auto oder ÖV gut erreichbar sind. Im Winter und während der kühlen Jahreszeit, empfehle ich das Studio nur für eine Person!

De moderne villa met zwembad ligt wat hoger op de berg, in een rustige omgeving in Maccagno con Pino e Veddasca, dicht bij het Lago Maggiore. Je hebt uitzicht op de bergen en een doorkijkje naar het meer. De villa (9 pers) bestaat uit een ruim woonhuis (boven) en een gescheiden kleiner appartement (beneden). Het woonhuis (5 personen) en appartement (4 personen) worden apart van elkaar verhuurd met uitzondering van juli en augustus. De villa wordt dan in zijn geheel verhuurd.

Meine Ferienwohnung gehört zu Ronco und hat eine grandiose Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore. Entfernung bis zum Dorf Ronco: 10 Min zu Fuss. Die Bushaltestelle "Cimitero" (Friedhof) ist 50 m vom Eingang entfernt. Ronco (353 m ü.M.) hat 700 Einwohner und 4 Restaurants. Entfernung nach Ascona: 15 Min mit dem Auto. Die Ferienwohnung wurde 2016 fertig gestellt. Sie ist klein (28 qm) aber fein (durchweg neue hochwertige Ausstattung). Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.

Ca' di Aroha is an apartment with lake views and garden area to relax nestled in the mountains next to the forest. It is part of an ancient house situated in the romantic village of S.Agata at just fifteen minutes drive from the center of Cannobbio. Probably in very old times, this house was a kind of castle with his courtyard and the tower reaching 360 °of sight!

Grazioso monolocale arredato con ogni confort al terzo piano di una palazzina storica (senza ascensore) situata nei pressi del piccolo porto.
