A Quinta do Bem-Fica insere-se na verdejante paisagem Minhota, em Vila Nova de Famalicão, freguesia de Requião.  De fácil acesso, situa-se a 5 minutos da saída da autoestrada de Seide/Vermoim.  É uma recuperação de uma antiga casa de produção agrícola.
