Meraviglioso rustico duplex, incastonato nel nucleo di Avegno, offre pace e silenzio. All'interno c'è un piccolo angolo salotto pranzo con camino e pigna e una cucina nuova; salendo le scale si accede alle due camere, una matrimoniale da mille e una notte e una trasformabile da letto singolo a letto matrimoniale ed un comodo bagno von vasca. All'esterno vi sono molti spazi per leggere o mangiare, una stupenda terrazza con chaise longue, un patio con tavolo e sedie ed un giardinetto con poltrone.

Das 1866 erbaute Rustico wurde 2021 vollständig renoviert und liegt auf dem Berg Arnau, oberhalb des Dorfes Giumaglio, auf 1000 m Höhe. Die Hütte ist nur zu Fuß erreichbar und erfordert eine zweistündige Wanderung bergauf. Sie bietet alles für einen gemütlichen und erholsamen Aufenthalt. Wir freuen uns auf Ihren Besuch. Historisches Steinhaus Cà Lüina

Cà Lüina, a historic, spacious rustico, is located in the heart of Boschetto, a listed hamlet above Cevio in the Maggia Valley. The 300-year-old house underwent extensive restoration between 2021 and 2024 with the aim of preserving its character. During the renovation, which was carried out by local craftsmen, great importance was attached to the use of natural materials. The house is very well equipped with a luxurious kitchen, a modern bathroom and a great garden.
