The monk boathouse is located in the beautiful village of milos klima.Our boathouse was built by our uncle Xristos known by the locals as the monk due to his Syrma unique position at the end of the village .Its unique location makes its perfect for a relaxing holiday or a perfect honeymoon as there are no neighbors nearby it is just the syrma and the sea .beside there is big yard where you can enjoy the sun ,drink a glass of wine by the light of the stars and moon ,barbecue or even fishing

Fisherman's House in Klima

The picturesque village of Klima with the traditional colorful houses built in the water. In the southern part of the island. The village drives you to the ancient theater, the catacombs and the place where the statue of Venus was discovered. A traditional fisherman’s house known as “sirma”, where a huge door on the lower part of the house protected the boat. one room with a double bed, a second room with two single beds, kitchen, bathroom and balcony right above the sea. NOW RENOVATED

the House in the Castle

Our house is part of the 16th cent. Castle of Kimolos and was renewed with respect for tradition. It is a bioclimatic building, with 1m thick stone walls and 4m high ceilings, double roof insulation and small openings that let the air circulate. Fully equipped kitchen, fast internet and a work place (desk, office chair, 27" monitor) for those who cannot leave their work. The house is in the middle of the village, just 1 km away from the port and 3 km away from the clean sandy beaches.

To koufiakas boathouse είναι 50 τμ και βρίσκεται ακριβώς μπροστά στην παραλία των Pollonia (στο ωραιότερο παραδοσιακό χωρίο).Είναι πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. By car, it is a 6 minutes drive to Sarakiniko (the moon beach), 7 minutes drive to the port and 15 to the airport. We're also very close to Plaka village (the capital of Milos) and Mandrakia fishing village.
