Φωλιασμένο σε μια αμμώδη παραλία, λιγότερο από 10 βήματα από το νερό, βρίσκεται σε τέλεια αρμονία με τη φύση και προσφέρει ένα ιδανικό μέρος για να χαλαρώσετε και να απολαύσετε τη ζωή δίπλα στη θάλασσα. Φιλικό προς το περιβάλλον και πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο το 2022. Αυτό που μας κάνει να ξεχωρίζουμε είναι η δέσμευσή μας στην ετήσια συντήρηση, διασφαλίζοντας ένα συνεχώς ανανεωμένο καταφύγιο. Sunset Mansion

Εκεί που η ιστορία συναντά τον μοντέρνο σχεδιασμό… Καλωσορίσατε στο "Sunset Mansion". Πρόκειται για ένα πλήρως ανακαινισμένο πολυτελές σύγχρονο σπίτι της δεκαετίας του 1840, που ανήκε προηγουμένως σε ευγενείς του παραδοσιακού οικισμού της Πλάκας. Ψηλοτάβανοι χώροι, πολύ άφθονοι χώροι, μια βεράντα που προσφέρει μοναδική θέα στο ηλιοβασίλεμα και ένας σχεδιασμός που συνδυάζει την απλότητα με την πολυτέλεια είναι μερικά από τα βασικά χαρακτηριστικά αυτού του ξεχωριστού σπιτιού. Μπορούμε να φιλοξενήσουμε έως και οκτώ επισκέπτες, ο καθένας με το δικό του ιδιωτικό μπάνιο.

Παραδοσιακό παραθαλάσσιο σπίτι

Το παραδοσιακό κυκλαδίτικο σπίτι μας είναι εκατό ετών και ήταν ένα καλοκαιρινό καταφύγιο για την οικογένειά μας.Βρίσκεται μπροστά στη θάλασσα στο γραφικό ψαροχώρι Μανδράκια στη βόρεια ακτή του νησιού. Το σπίτι μας βρίσκεται ακριβώς στην άκρη του νερού. και γι 'αυτό έχει πανοραμική θέα στη θάλασσα. Από τη βεράντα μας θα απολαύσετε εκπληκτική θέα στο Αιγαίο Πέλαγος και θα έχετε άμεση πρόσβαση στο νερό. Περπατάτε έξω από την μπροστινή πόρτα,κατεβαίνετε μια σκάλα στη θάλασσα για κολύμβηση με αναπνευστήρα ή κολύμπι.

The Colourful Land Syrma

Το Πολύχρωμο Ακίνητο "Σύρμα" είναι ένα λευκό σπίτι που θυμίζει σπηλιά, πλήρως μεταμορφωμένο το 2022, που προσφέρει άνεση, χαλάρωση και υπέροχη θέα στους λόφους της Δυτικής Μήλου. Οι αξίες της κυκλαδικής αρχιτεκτονικής σε συνδυασμό με μια πινελιά πολυτέλειας καθόρισαν τη φιλοσοφία του σχεδιασμού. Το ενοποιημένο θολωτό εσωτερικό σας καλωσορίζει με μικρή κουζίνα, σαλόνι και υπέρδιπλο κρεβάτι υψηλού επιπέδου που συνδέονται με το μπάνιο. It consists of one bedroom with double bed, one sofa, that can accommodate 2 children, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom (with free hygiene products), smart TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. You can enjoy food & drinks on its terrace with the sea at your feet! The port of Adamas is 5 min. away with a car.

A folk fisherman's house from the 50's, has been carefully renovated with detail. Located in the traditional fisherman's village of Skinopi just next to the shore, it will offer you exceptional holidays away from stressful .Daily life If we have to give a name to that house..it would be the house of colors! Introducing all tones of colors of a daytime like sky's blue and sun's gold or even orange and purple of a sunset. Also night's dark hues have been set as an illusion between moon and stars.

Anemosyrma

Anemosyrma is a traditional beach house in the magnificent island of Milos. Located in the small picturesque village of Agios Konstantinos, Anemosyrma (“anemos” greek word for wind & “syrma” for Melian boat house) is actually the upper floor of a traditional “syrma”, where people used to drag and store their boats to be protected from the sea. The apartment of 50m2 in an open space plan, has a balcony overlooking the sea and it preserves a modern country style featuring unique Cycladic elements.

An open space beach house, of 60 s.m. for 6 pax with 1 double bed, 2 sofa beds and 2nd room with 2 single beds very stylish and comfortable. It is decorated with boho and cozy design styling combined with Cycladic culture. The house has direct access to a sea view veranda, with a big dining table. It is situated on a small bay, with similar moon white rocks as Sarakiniko that form a secluded cove in front of the house, together with Aqua house 1 & 3. Welcome basket with local products offered.

Capetan Nikolas Boat House

In the quietest area of this fishing village there is a two storey boat house . On the 1st floor, the apartment of Captain Nicolas named from the initial owner, built with stone and natural materials. In a particular Cycladic architecture (cave house) , makes the visitor travel through time, experiencing an old time, simple way of life with all modern facilities by the sea. Due to the natural construction of the boat house the temperature is maintained in natural conditions.
