Note: We only own the house, not the lake, the land around the lake, or the shop behind the house. Fishing and recreation are not allowed at this time.

Rosie's has 1 full bathroom, but an additional spacious dressing room with lots of mirrors and more. Rosie's has a full kitchen with everything you need for cooking. There is a grill, large fire pit, and plenty of comfy Adirondack chairs for hanging out!

This home has a large yard with private drive. Plenty of space for several trucks with boats. I have a picnic table, grill and fire pit for you. Added a Fish cleaning station! This 1,100 sq ft open-concept building has recently been equipped with everything you need for your trip to Union City. The Woodshop is located less than 2 miles from Discovery Park, 20 mins from University of TN at Martin, and we’re within walking distance to restaurants, a coffee shop, boutiques and antique stores. NOT available for a long-term rental.
