This completely renovated and updated 1 Bedroom ground floor apartment is part of a historic home built in 1900. At nearly 1,000 square feet, it is much larger and certainly more comfortable than your typical hotel room. Located in the downtown historic district, it is walking distance to shops, restaurants and more.

The 270 square foot tiny house has a queen mattress in the loft, a wood stove for heat, cooking facilities including a propane cook top and gravity fed rain water (non-potable). Large windows look out over a beautiful southern Indiana holler. Camp shower & composting toilet. Experience comfortable, tent - free camping!
