We're close enough for day trips to FL & AL beaches (about 1.5 hours). If you're into history, it's not far to the USS Alabama battleship or Fort Mims. “The Angela” at Lake Leona

Relax and connect with nature at this unforgettable, ADULTS ONLY, Smoke-free escape. Sit on the deck overlooking the lake (it is really a pond but we call it our lake). Build a fire in the firepit while you watch the sunset. Watch the fish eat when the feeder goes off. You may even see an otter or ducks on the water. Across the way, cows and goats may be grazing in the pasture or the farmers may be tending the field. You may even hear Ferguson (our donkey) bray. Relax and enjoy.

Private Guest Suite detached from house with private entrance and parking in the country. Suite has private full bath with shower. There is a coffee bar as well as a mini-fridge. Screened porch for your enjoyment and relaxation. Pet friendly with doggie door to screened porch and fenced yard. Two Guest Maximum. Atmore is just down the road with restaurants, boutiques, and casino. I-65 is only a 10 minute drive.

Historic home. This home has 2 bedrooms: King and Full. Both bedrooms have a smart TV with high speed internet. (No cable ). There are 2 bathrooms. One has a clawfoot tub. The other has a shower. Home has a full kitchen with dishwasher, large refrigerator, New W/D, coffees, creamer, hairdryer, shampoo and soap. We also have a toddler bed and one bedrail for toddlers.
