The Cottage on College Street

The Cottage is very cozy with a mixture of vintage and industrial decor. Visitors will have complete privacy within the house at all times, but with our home close by, we are always happy to help should you need anything! We are located in Downton Brandon in the Historic District. The Cottage is a guest house seated behind our home; it is a very quiet place, and it is great for working individuals, couples seeking a fun concert experience, or families participating in ball tournaments.

The Loft, A Little Bluestem Farm-stay

The Loft at Little Bluestem is located on a family-owned working flower farm. Our farm is located just off the historic Natchez Trace Parkway, approximately 45 minutes north of Jackson. We love this place -- from the bluestem grass that grows in our pastures, to the egrets and herons that call our little ponds home -- and we are excited to be able to share these little wonders with you, so that you too can wake up to the sounds of sheep, walk among our flowers, and fish in our pond.

CountryView is located in Gluckstadt, 15 minutes from Madison and 5 minutes from the Natchez Trace and Reservoir. Start your morning off right with fresh eggs that you can prepare. The chickens that provided your eggs are close by so feel free to tell them thank you. Also, right outside your door within walking distance is a pond for fishing. You will almost certainly catch a glimpse of birds, horses, and possibly even deer. While inside relax with peaceful and clean accommodations.

This facility does not allow parties. The price quote is for two (2) guests. The additional guests (2) will be charged $30.00 per person per night. Fees for early check-in and late check-out are payable upon arrival/departure. One pet allowed with a maximum weight of 25 lbs. A coin laundry is available for your convenience. You won’t feel like a “Nobody” in this cozy Cottage. Enjoy sitting sit on the porch enjoying a cold beverage or relaxing on the sofa with a good book.

By default we do not allow pets, however we are open to it so please request and give details.

You will be inspired by the original decor and outdoor porch to go out and discover Jackson or rest and enjoy solitude. Also, there is a Purified Drinking Water Faucet installed in the apartment!

The Snooty Suite loves everybody! Smack in between downtown and Fondren (but in an awesome, old historic neighborhood in its own right), it's part of the House of Seven Gables.
