The home includes a huge game room, covered outdoor living area outdoorand spacious kitchen to accommodate ALL the cooks! The south-facing windows provide colorful sunrise and sunset views. Sit by the year round creek and enjoy the soothing sounds of water meandering its way beneath the lush green trees as the sunlight peaks through the branches and dances on the water. Take a creek walk and enjoy the beauty of nature on a relaxing adventure. ( We now have high speed fiber wifi at the Boathouse!)

Peaceful country setting, just 3 miles from downtown Rogersville . Close to several boat launches plenty of space to park with boat or trailer. Joe wheeler state park is 7 miles away. You can sit on the side deck, watch the horses eat, and listen to the frogs at night. A short walk across the field and you can be fishing in Plato Branch. Cozy cabin with two queen beds. One private bedroom, second bed in the Loft. Pets are allowed with approval and $50 fee. See notes.

Just 12 miles from downtown Florence if you'd like to visit or stay and totally relax on the lake.
