A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. A wonderful view from the large windows and a special tranquility for those in search of peace, warmth and relaxation. The furniture is very nice: wood above all, but also more lively colors, and modern comforts. Quiet excursions, both on snowshoes or ski.

Picturesque, Historic Villa with Island Views

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Renovated Walzer house 15 mins by car from Alagna

Our chalet is a renovated "Walzer" style barn. We are a Belgian family with 3 children and a dog and love this remote quiet place in the Valsesia valley. We enjoy hiking in the mountains or just walking in the valley or swimming in the river that passes by on the back of our house. We love skiing in the nearby "Monte Rosa" or "Alpe di Mera" Ski domains (15 or 10 minutes respectively by car) and enjoy cooking with local produce savoring local wines (Gattinara, Ghemme, Barbaresco, Barolo, ...)

Il legno di larice ed il sasso di cava danno voce alla tradizione e si sposano con materiali innovativi, naturali ed eco-sostenibili, grazie alle piu moderne pratiche costruttive che armonizzano antico e moderno: un nuovo concetto di abitazione pensata per l'Uomo nel rispetto di Architettura locale e Ambiente.

Chalet La Barona

Splendido chalet appartato in un angolo nascosto del Piemonte, al confine con la Svizzera situato a 1300 mls. Lo chalet è all'interno di in un’oasi verde di prato, pascolo e orti, circondata da una fitta foresta di pini secolari. Ideale per chi cerca tranquillità, il contatto con se stesso e la natura. La vista sui 4000 svizzeri è mozzafiato! Durante la stagione invernale, in caso di nevicate, bisognerà parcheggiare a circa 500 mt dallo chalet, vi aiuteremo volentieri con i vostri bagagli!

In one of the oldest Walser areas, reachable by a 5 minutes walk from a parking lot. Recently renovated. Spaces are well designed, ideal for families or friends who like to chill together. Not indicated for people with walking difficulties. The structure was build in the 16th century...Walser people were short so ceilings are lower than standard. Be ready to take care of the fireplace (pellet) and be parsimonious with hot water. City center 1 Km away . In winter a ski shuttle is available.

Tra legni pregiati ed una sauna privata, impianti moderni, Wi-Fi e garage riservato, si ha il meglio di una vacanza estiva, o invernale, nella bellissima Valsesia. È perfetto per 5/6 persone, con tre camere da letto, due bagni splendidamente rifiniti ed una confortevole zona living con cucina.
