La saletta dove è servita la colazione è anch'essa con balcone; in dotazione frigorifero e microonde. Possibilità di riparo per le biciclette. Gli animali sono i benvenuti. Posizione centrale per i servizi offerti dal quartiere: parcheggi, fermata autobus, bar, ristoranti e negozi vari.

The room features an en suite bathroom with a large double shower.
