Concretamente se trata de un apartamento, situado en la localidad de Marbella, en la exclusiva zona denominada Golden Mile, cercana a alojamientos tan exclusivos como el hotel Puente Romano y el Hotel Marbella Club. El apartamento, de un dormitorio, cuenta con capacidad para cuatro personas, una cama principal en el dormitorio y un sofá cama en el salón, esta conceptuado o bien para una pareja o para una pareja con uno o dos niños,que quieran disfrutar de una estancia tranquila, en una zona residencial y exclusiva, cercana a todas las áreas de interés de la localidad de Marbella, cuenta con una terraza de 44 metros cuadrados con vistas a la iconica y emblemática montaña de Marbella "La Concha". El apartamento está dentro de un conjunto residencial, de pocas casas contando con sistema de videovigilancia y zonas comunes de jardín y una piscina de tamaño considerable, en función al número total de vecinos. En definitiva, es un lugar situado en un mar de tranquilidad y desconexión a poca distancia, de todo lo que ofrece un lugar como Marbella. This is our beautiful home. After living in Marbella 6years we moved on, to Paris. The house is recently renovated and it's really cozy and elegant. Everyone says, "Your house feels like home!" We have 4 kids, so the house is great for families (ping-pong table, puzzles, table games, doll house etc.). Your kids will have so much fun in pool! You can walk 20minutes to the gorgeous Marbella old town and sandy beach. I would be happy to recommend you family friendly restaurants and playgrounds.
