Kayak Cottage - solitude with river access

Recently transformed from a horse barn, Kayak Cottage now bears little resemblance to its former use - the hosts managed to retain the former barn's rustic charm while completely redesigning the structure. An eclectic mix of materials were re-purposed to create the welcoming space - both inside and out. Located on a rise above the Collins River - the river is not immediately visible but is only steps away! There is also easy access for launching kayaks or small fishing boats on the property.

Phelps Pharm, I Was Almost A Treehouse

The treehouse you always wanted as child but can enjoy as an adult. I started out next to three trees that had to be removed but you still may feel a treehouse sway if the wind blows the right way. We are a working farm raising beef cattle and offer horseback riding lessons, arena rides and trail rides along with kayaking down our local river in McMinnville. Our guests have the opportunity to experience farm life and assist us in gathering eggs, feeding the cows or helping with the horses.

Enjoy the small-town feel with close proximity to Bersheba Springs, Fall Creek Falls, Isha Yoga, & South Cumberland State Park. Less than an hr to Jack Daniel's & George Dickel distillery. The home has -2 separate bedrooms, located on the main floor. Loft with trundle. Full bathroom. Washer/dryer. Full kitchen with dining room.

Welcome to Sunrise Mt. Cabin is located on top of the Cumberland Plateau with a great view of the valley check out our 2 other cabins Patriot's Retreat & Sunrise Mtn Treeshouse. The cabin has approximately 1400 square feet and is fully furnished with full kitchen and more. Hiking trails and fishing pond only a short walk away. Several major state parks with hikes within a few miles of the cabin. The cabin has fiber optic WiFi which is not shared. Pet cats not allowed; we are allergic.

The Getaway at the Collins River Tree Farm

Very quiet, isolated, 3 BR, 2 BA cottage in the middle of a 60-acre farm surrounded by mountains and the Collins Scenic River. Very close to Cumberland Caverns Cave! Minutes to several state parks and waterfalls. Property has lots of parking and places to park boats, etc. Great place to hike, bike, fish, kayak, canoe, swim, etc. Please read the rules concerning watching children on this property! It is a working farm and near a river and smallchildren should never be unattended!

Private Guest House. We welcome you to our homestead in the making. We have cleaned up and made many improvements to the property and guest house has been remodeled. Enjoy campfires under the stars, free-ranging chickens and ducks. Cats and dogs will lovingly greet you! Centered between Nashville, Knoxville, and Chattanooga.

The Farm House at Pleasant Cove

Built by the host's grandparents in the 1940s, The Farm House is nestled in a rural valley along the Cumberland Plateau. Guests looking for a quiet vacation in a country setting can also enjoy features like Wifi and cell reception. This one bedroom remote cabin is located on the Cumberland Plateau between Monteagle & McMinnville in the National historic district of Beersheba Springs. Three acres of wooded bluff property overlooks Savage Gulf & provides a secluded, quiet getaway. sleeps 4 but suitable for mostly 2 guest. Also, as you will note: this is the guest house which FACES the SIDE of the main house, so please use the main house porch for sitting and enjoying the view as well.
