Only the garden is shared between the guest and owner and our super chilled rescue pooch Daniela. The host will be on premises during your stay on the upper level of the duplex. Because it is a duplex with two entrances, the guests will have total privacy.

NY law requires that we technically share the space with you, but you have the space to yourself during your stay. The owner is home during your stay.
