Located on about a 10 minutes walk to Seminyak's beach and a 5 minute walk to fashionable Jl Oberoi, with all popular and hip restaurants and boutiques. Good restaurants and a variety of Spa’s on a few min walk from the villa. Taxi’s are abundant. The large inviting pool is 14m in length, set in a beautiful lush garden with lots of tropical flowers and frangipani trees hanging over the pool. A cozy kazibu is set up at poolside, perfect for lounging and relaxing. This ‘Bali Feel’ villa has been designed with traditional hand carved wooden pillars, antique Bali doors, stone carvings and carved recycle teakwood kitchen closets. The open Living offers a comfortable relax lounge facing the pool. The interior is decorated in Colonial style, mixed with modern design and Balinese details. The roof of the living and 3 bedroom/bathrooms ensuite are covered with hardwood shingles, which gives the villa the 'feel' of a small Balinese village. A Bamboo Pool fence is available and can be set up on request for an addtional fee. Villa Anais offers all modern conveniences you would expect to find, free Wifi, 60 channel Cable TV, Flatscreen TV and DVD players in all 3 bedrooms, safe boxes, Air conditioned bedrooms, modern Kitchen, Bluetooth Sounbar music set and laundry service. Friendly Balinese staff will prepare you a beautiful breakfast in the morning. A couple of newly opened Spa’s close by are regularly visited by our guests. Airport pickup will be organized. There is also the possibility to organize a driver, day tours, massage and private cooking (1 day before). It is also very easy to take taxi’s, they pass by in Jl Drupadi all day and evening. Private Parking available.. It is possible to rent the villa as a 2 bedrooms or 3 bedrooms in low season. Price depending on qty of rooms needed. We have a security man working from 13.00 until 6.00 in the morning. And ask them to put the meter on. #Walking on the streets in Bali, please be aware of your bag, keep it on the inside side of the street. #Incase you rent a motorbike, please keep your bag in the storage under the seat. Never leave valuables under the bike seat when you park your bike. Its easy to be opened. # When swimming on the beach, Be aware of the strong current. The villa, built in June 2016, is in a new gated secure community, and is set over 435m2 and 2 levels with a 10m private pool. We have 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, including one master on the second level and two bedrooms on the ground level by the pool. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in every room, wifi, laundry, sound system, and a 49" Samsung Smart TV. We can arrange several services for you in the villa based on availability at extra costs. These include high quality spa treatments, a private chef to come cook any meal for you, a private driver (English, Chinese, Russian, Spanish speaker upon availability), and an experienced and certified yoga instructor. In addition, our host can also help with cooking classes, babysitting services, surf classes, diving and snorkeling and fishing tours, and other local activities. Just ask us for recommendations! :) • Layout with separate bedrooms for total privacy in each bedroom. Perfect for family or group of friends. • For larger groups we can assist on accommodation in similar villas in the same complex • Closed AC living room and kitchen with garden views • Kitchen is fully equipped for our guests to enjoy cooking and gathering. Jimbaran is a tranquil and traditional Balinese fishing village, not heavily commercialised like some areas are. The beach can be almost deserted during the day, but comes alive with locals and visitors in the afternoon and into the evening. • Bali is called the “Island of the Gods”. Get out and about and experience it. • Driving is easy with a bit of common sense. We prefer to rent a car. Just ask your host and she can advise on some options without a driver or with a driver for all or some of the days of your stay. Having a private driver is recommended for long day trips. • Bluebird Taxis are available everywhere. They are reliable, metered and low cost. You can book a taxi by calling them directly or via loading their app onto your phone.
