Whether you are a family, a couple, few friends or even you are travelling for work, our house is ideal for relaxing, and exploring the surroundings and the city of Athens and create beautiful memories. We are located at the town of Peania in Attica, only 19 km from the centre of Athens Greece, 10 minutes drive from Athens International Airport of Greece ATH-EL.VENIZELOS and 16km from the nearest beach of Artemida. Our location is ideal for holiday all year round. At first we would like to inform you that we accommodate one booking at a time, so we guarantee your private vacations. The house is surrounded by a beautiful green garden filled with various trees and flowers and a backyard with barbecue. You can stay at our fully autonomous apartment, which can host up to 6 people. The apartment has an autonomous main entrance, while all rooms have direct access to the front balcony and garden or the backyard. There are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed, one with two single beds(one is pullout) and one with a single bed. All bedrooms have large closets and direct access to the backyard and the barbecue. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, toilet, fresh clean towels (fresh every day for each guest), large mirror, shampoos and shower gels and hair dryer. There is also a second bathroom outside the master bedroom(in the backyard) which is equipped with shower and toilet and can be used too. The living room offers a beautiful and relaxing view of the garden, while during winter you can light up the fireplace and enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. There are two couches(one can sleep one guest) and a couple of lounge chairs. There is also a TV, a tuner and free WiFi access. Next to the living room, there is a large dining table where you can have your breakfast, lunch or dinner. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, dinnerware, oven, coffeemachine, toaster all at your disposal. For your welcome, we provide you with butter, and honey-produced by our family- and seasonal fruits and coffee or tea to have a lovely breakfast. At the backyard there is a barbeque and a traditional wood oven and a large wooden table, which are at your disposal to use and enjoy. There is plenty of space to park your car During winter there is autonomous central heating, so you can adjust the temperature at your preference. Moreover, there are three aircondition machines, one in each bedroom. For exercise enthusiasts, the location of our house is ideal outdoor exercise such as walking, running and cycling.

Tiny wooden house - sea view + breakfast

A cute woodhouse (15m2) in the beautiful garden of the Hotel Cokkinis with the panoramic seaview. Bathroom inside the room. It is completly renovated (restored with biggest size) at Jenuary of 2023 (so check the new reviews). The beach is famous for the beauty and the cleanest sea waters of Attica,it's under the house. There are the services of Hotel Cokkinis (restaurant, cafe, bar) in the garden. The place is perfect for people that looking for the beauty of the greek nature and relaxation!

Το Almiri's house είναι ένα πλήρως ανακαινισμένο και εξοπλισμένο σπίτι κατάλληλο για τις οικογενειακές και ήσυχες διακοπές που πάντα θέλατε. Οι χώροι του σπιτιού είναι άνετοι και φωτεινοί και με όλες τις ανέσεις. Περιβάλλεται από έναν μεγάλο και προσεγμένο κήπο καθώς και ιδιωτικό χώρο πάρκινγκ. Στο πίσω μέρος βρίσκεται μια αυλή προκειμένου εκεί τα παιδιά σας να απολαμβάνουν το παιχνίδι τους. Βρίσκεται σε απόσταση μόλις 150μ από τη γραφική παραλία Κοκκώσι. Μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε την τηλεόραση με Netflix. Κάθε δωμάτιο έχει το δικό του air-condiotioner και τηλεόραση. Μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε την κουζίνα για να φτιάξετε ο,τι επιθυμείτε, μαζί με τον εξοπλισμό που περιλαμβάνει: ψυγείο, φούρνος, μηχανή του καφέ, τοστιέρα κλπ.
