Tα ενοικιαζόμενα δωμάτια "ΚΑΤΕΡΙΝΑ" βρίσκονται στην βορειο-ανατολική πλευρά του νησιού της Ζακύνθου το Μεσω Γερακαρι σε μιά περιοχή που βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στην παραλία και λίγο έξω από το κέντρο του Τσιλιβί .Η μικρή απόσταση από την καταγάλανη και πεντακάθαρη θάλασσα, παραλία Ψαρού καθώς και η καταπληκτική θέα που έχει το κτίριο καθιστά τα δωμάτια ιδανικά τόσο για ζευγάρια όσο και για οικογένειες που αναζητούν ήρεμες και ξεκούραστες διακοπές.Tα ενοικιαζόμενα δωμάτια "ΚΑΤΕΡΙΝΑ" είναι κατάλληλα για 2-3 άτομα .Όλα τα δωμάτια είναι πλήρως επιπλωμένα και διαθέτουν δύο μονά κρεβάτια, κλιματιστικό, τηλεόραση, κουζίνα με όλα τα κατάλληλα οικιακά σκεύη και ψυγείο. Το σπίτι είναι ένα τυπικό ζακυνθινό αγροτόσπιτο που χτίστηκε πριν από 80-100 περίπου χρόνια. Στο πέρασμα του χρόνου έχει υποστεί πολλές ανακαινίσεις προκειμένου να είναι όσο πιο άνετο γίνεται αλλά χωρίς να αλλοιωθεί η προσωπικότητά του. Βρίσκεται στη μέση ενός ελαιώνα ηλικίας άνω των 600 ετών. Χαρακτηριστικά του είναι η ησυχία, η ηρεμία, η απομόνωση, η γαλήνη. Το οίκημα είναι απομονωμένο, δεν υπάρχουν άλλα σπίτια γύρω ενώ το χωριό βρίσκεται περίπου 250 μέτρα πιο κάτω (τρία λεπτά με τα πόδια).
