This 46 acre property has beautiful hiking trails, abundant wildlife, and lake for fishing or canoeing so guests can really enjoy the great outdoors! It's located just minutes off I-65 in Jemison, Alabama (Chilton County) centrally located between Birmingham and Montgomery.

This is a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom private suite that sits on 14 acres. Enjoy the large back deck or walk around our mushroom yard where we grow Log-grown Shiitake Mushrooms. This private suite (meaning closed off) from the main house is surrounded by trees and wildlife. We offer a sitting area inside and out, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hot tea, wireless internet, and a large TV with free Netflix. We also offer authentic italian dinners and sides for purchase. The Barn is one of 4 rentals offered by Green Pastures Getaways. This is a barn that has been converted to a wonderful guest house. Beautiful hardwood floors, bamboo countertops, stainless appliances, tiled shower with rainfall shower, stone sinks and much more. The Barn has a full kitchen.
