Η ΤΟΠΟΘΕΣΙΑΤο σπίτι βρίσκεται στο χωριό Φάρσα σε απόσταση 10 χλμ. από το Αργοστόλι και πιο συγκεκριμένα στην αμφιθεατρική περιοχή Λιμνιόνι, λίγο έξω από το χωριό κατηφορίζοντας προς τη θάλασσα.Το πρώτο πράγμα που θαυμάζεις μόλις φθάνεις στην περιοχή, είναι η υπέροχη θέα στον κόλπο του Αργοστολίου. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην πλαγιά ενός λόφου μόνο 150 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα, με θέα τα μπλε κρυστάλλινα νερά και τις απέναντι ακτές του Ληξουρίου και του Αργοστολίου. 
Η τοποθεσία είναι όντως στρατηγική. Αποτελεί γεωγραφικά κομβικό σημείο για κάθε σας εξόρμηση στις παραλίες και τα αξιοθέατα του νησιού. Βρίσκεται στο κέντρο του νησιού και έτσι ο επισκέπτης διανύει ίσες αποστάσεις προς όλους τους προορισμούς του. Η βόλτα στον παλιό οικισμό Φάρσα διαρκεί δύο με τρεις ώρες και θα πάρετε μια γεύση από την παλιά προσεισμική Κεφαλλονιά. Don’t miss a climb at sunset above Exoghi (Out of Earth) to the monastery on the summit, to witness the 360 degree view across the shipping-routes and islands of this archipelago.
