Η ΤΟΠΟΘΕΣΙΑΤο σπίτι βρίσκεται στο χωριό Φάρσα σε απόσταση 10 χλμ. από το Αργοστόλι και πιο συγκεκριμένα στην αμφιθεατρική περιοχή Λιμνιόνι, λίγο έξω από το χωριό κατηφορίζοντας προς τη θάλασσα.Το πρώτο πράγμα που θαυμάζεις μόλις φθάνεις στην περιοχή, είναι η υπέροχη θέα στον κόλπο του Αργοστολίου. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην πλαγιά ενός λόφου μόνο 150 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα, με θέα τα μπλε κρυστάλλινα νερά και τις απέναντι ακτές του Ληξουρίου και του Αργοστολίου. 
Η τοποθεσία είναι όντως στρατηγική. Αποτελεί γεωγραφικά κομβικό σημείο για κάθε σας εξόρμηση στις παραλίες και τα αξιοθέατα του νησιού. Our beautiful cottage is located in the main road from Argostóli to Poros, and only 20 minutes from Argostoli, the islands capital. Some of the highlights include the lovely/large patio and garden, private parking space, wood/brick oven, barbecue, treehouse, hammock and incredible view for your ultimate relaxation. H διάσημη παραλία του Μύρτου απέχει μόλις 12 λεπτά με αυτοκίνητο από το χωριό. Στην γραφική κεντρική πλατεία θα βρείτε δύο ταβέρνες με πολύ καλό τοπικό φαγητό καθώς και Mini Market.
