Our Gateway Getaway is a hidden gem, private suite conveniently located minutes from downtown Chattanooga, shopping, dining, outdoor activities and historical sites. The property owners are an elderly couple that live on the main floor of the property. The income from this suite goes toward the lifestyle services they need to stay in their house of 61 years. The rental space is managed by the couple's son and daughter-in-law.

Fannie's Place

This tiny home is on the historic home site of Fannie Mennen and the Plum Nelly Clothesline Art Show. She even named the road. The home is brand new, artfully decorated and has 1 double bed, 1 bath, a sleeping loft with 2 twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. The view is from 2000 ft elevation and looks into the valley and across to the mountain again. There is civil war history on the property. There is a 100 ft drop so guests are asked to not stay here with young children.

Enjoy the relaxing space of this remodeled historic home built in 1910. Located only 6 miles from downtown Chattanooga, and just minutes to popular hot spots such as Rock City and Ruby Falls, this is the perfect place to call home for a staycation or vacation. Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly one bedroom cottage in the "country" that is also SO close to the city. Guests here will also enjoy fresh local eggs during their stay(when in laying season!)

Is located just 15 min from downtown Chattanooga, Hamilton mall (8 min), Chattanooga Airport (11 min) and many touristic places. We are a family of 4 including 2 medium dogs. We are pet friendly!
