Bring the whole group to this great place on the water with lots of room for everyone to have fun. Large equipped kitchen, 2 refrigerators, Internet, game room with 70” tv and arcade cocktail table. 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 3 full beds in the bunk/game room. TV in all bedrooms. Deck with lake view, firepit and a gas grill. Swing by the lake to view the stunning sunsets. Large yard with room for games and plenty of parking for cars, boats and trailers. Covered parking for 2 vehicles.

Beautiful waterfront lake home located on Poverty Point Reservoir. Our home is located near Poverty Point State Park, Black Bear Golf Course, and Poverty Point World Heritage Site. Poverty Point Marina is located 1/2 mile north of the house. Wild Country Safari is located just a few miles north of the house and is a fun experience to enjoy with your kids. We have two docks for fishing and swimming. Relax and enjoy the sun rises and sunsets on beautiful Poverty Point Reservoir.

This one of a kind space is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood within a few minutes of dining, shopping, ULM, Forsythe Park, and many attractions. You will enjoy your cozy 1 bedroom with flat screen TV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney + and other streaming services) and you also have access to a quarter court indoor basketball court & shared indoor pool w retractable roof. The pool area and back patio have seating and feature access to a grill and fire pit.

Savage Lane

Our father built this house beginning in 1981. It is located on our 40-acre farm, in front of my sister's cottage, about 100 yards from the house I share with our nephew, which was originally built by our grandparents in 1939. It is quiet, remote and peaceful. It is about seven miles to the nearest grocery stores and restaurants in Bastrop, and one mile to a Dollar General in Collinston. There is wifi in the house, as well as a Roku TV.

Sue's Southern Stay

This private house sleeps 3 in the bedroom and 1 on the couch. I do have an inflatable queen mattress that can be used upon request. It has a full kitchen and private washer/dryer also.There is a fenced yard for a large dog, but the fence is wide enough that a small dog will be able to escape. Located within 8 miles of I-20, University of Louisiana at Monroe, and Pecanland Mall.

Hooked on the River

Located on the scenic Ouachita River in Sterlington. Cabin sits on a large lot with direct access and views of the Ouachita River. There is a private boat launch a few hundred yards away. You will be 5 minutes from Sterlington and 20 minutes from Monroe. The fishing and recreation on this area of the river is top notch. Multiple porches and a patio for relaxing.

We have added to our special place a gazebo, seating, firepit, BBQ grill and picnic table for your outdoor enjoyment of this peaceful getaway.

We have a pavillion with a grill and fire pit for you to enjoy! We also have a small coin laundry on the premises.Come enjoy the beautiful country sunsets.
