Aunque conserva la estructura y distribución de la vivienda original, la hemos renovado y dotado de todas las comodidades posibles, para convertirla en un amplio, apacible e inmejorable lugar para descansar o trabajar, disfrutar de la playa y los atractivos de la zona en cualquier momento del año. Cerca de la playa de Cala Cortina y del puerto y a tan sólo un corto paseo hasta el casco histórico. La estación de autobús y de tren están también muy cercanas. Muy bien comunicado. Fácil aparcamiento.
