Shiloh Cottage

Slow down and experience country life on our little plot of land. The cottage is located on our 6 acre property with a tree-lined view with cows in the pasture from the front porch and a sweet view of the ducks in the pond and sheep grazing from the bedroom window. We have two Great Pyrenees dogs, a cat, and chickens. There might be occasional barking. If prolonged, we will bring them in. Fully stocked kitchen. There is always plenty of coffee, coffee creamer, and homemade scones for breakfast.

Private Cottage on Lookout Mountain

The Blue Cottage is located atop beautiful, historic Lookout Mountain. It comfortably accomodates 2 people. The cottage is within walking distance of the Lookout Mountain Flight Park (hang gliding), and within an easy 7-8 mile drive to Rock City, Point Park and Ruby Falls. Cloudland Canyon State Park is just down the road and offers wonderful hiking trails and waterfalls. Pets are allowed. Prior approval is required. A pet fee is charged. Surrounded by rhododendron, ferns and endless forest views, and filled with the soothing sounds of the creek, the wilderness is right at your back door. Enjoy a short hike to the Fall Branch Falls waterfall. Soak up the sounds of the creek as you sip your morning coffee on the porch. Nature getaway, 5 Minutes from downtown

This is an apartment in the lower area of the house and has its own entry. It has a good size living room, bedroom with only one queen bed and kitchen. Large deck with pond and garden. There are fresh towels and linens, hair dryer, iron, soap, shampoo and some extras in case you forgot anything at home. The kitchen will usually have oatmeal, apple juice, orange juice, bottled water, a Kurig,regular coffee machine with coffee and a french press. Steep driveway but you can park in bottom lot.

Romantic cliffside bungalow with amazing views

Perched on the side of a cliff with spectacular views of the mountains of the Cumberland Plateau and Sequatchie Valley, Cliffside is a unique contemporary Scandinavian-style property. Start your day with espresso or coffee from our Nespresso machine in front of the large picture windows. Unwind with a soak in the hot tub, sunset on the deck, a chat around the firepit, or kayaking on the nearby lake. Located on Dayton Mountain near many hiking trails, it is only a 20-minute drive to Dayton.

Lookout Mountain Apartment

This garage apartment is located across the street from the Incline Station and 3 blocks from Point Park and access to mountain trails. Private setting in a wonderful neighborhood. We have parking in our driveway for one extra car. The kitchen has a full sized refrigerator, sink , microwave, coffee maker, electric skillet, toaster and slow cooker. Renter must be 21 or older. We don't accept children under the age of 12. Only two people may stay in the apartment. No pets. No smoking.

Hemlock is a quaint cottage nestled in a forest of Hemlock trees! The porch is a tranquil spot where you look out over the the woodlands beyond. While you relax on the porch keep a lookout for wildlife which include whitetail deer, turkey and foxes. At night, turn on the bistro lights that hang in the trees and enjoy a relaxing evening in the woods by a fire. Watermore cottage is located next door if you are looking for more room, you can rent both cottages. Pet fee of $30 max 2 dogs.

Built originally in the 1870's, the restored Moonshine Runners Cabin sits tucked right near downtown Tracy City with easy access to Fiery Gizzard, Dutch Maid Bakery, and the Grundy County Historical Society.
