Appartamento di recentissima ristrutturazione, collocato nel borgo medievale di Nus, a ridosso della via principale. Si trova a 12 Km da Aosta e all'imbocco della suggestiva vallata di Saint-Barthélemy, che offre numerose possibilità agli amanti della montagna, sia in estate, per l'abbondanza di itinerari e passeggiate, sia in inverno, con le sue piste di sci di fondo; la vallata ospita il santuario di Cunéy, dedicato alla Madonna delle Nevi. A circa 3 km, è visitabile il castello di Fénis.

L'alloggio è situato al secondo piano della residenza Villa Vitale e può ospitare 2 persone. È composto da un ampio soggiorno con divano letto a due posti e angolo cottura attrezzato, bagno con doccia e terrazzo di 70 mq. È fornito di un armadietto esterno per gli scarponi e di un armadio per gli sci. È appena stato ristrutturato ed è rivestito di un legno pregiato (abete). Il bagno è in abete e pietra di luserna. È situato a 5 minuti a piedi dalla partenza della funivia per Plain Maison

PARFUM D'ANTAN si trova al piano inferiore della casa in cui vivono Italo e Laura e i loro figli Sofia e Matteo. Nella ristrutturazione, hanno voluto mantenere le caratteristiche originali . L'alloggio è arredato in stile di montagna con alcuni mobili antichi della tradizione rurale valdostana. E'costituito da due ambienti, un'ampia e luminosa cucina e un'accogliente camera con bagno. Gli spazi hanno pareti rivestite in legno di larice di cui si può apprezzare il calore ed il profumo.

Im Sommer 2020 haben wir unser Studio renoviert. Es befindet sich an bester Lage ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Zermatt und der Gornergratbahn. Der Balkon bietet eine wunderschöne Sicht über das Dorf. Die Küche ist vollwertig ausgestattet und die Wohnung verfügt über eine Badewanne, ein 1.80m Bett, eine Sitzecke und einen kleinen Esstisch. Fernseher mit Apple TV-Box (kein Kabelfernsehen!) & WLAN sind vorhanden. Im Haus sind ein Lift sowie ein Skiraum vorhanden.

Situated in the tranquil old part of Zermatt's Oberdorf, Haus Orgon is perfectly placed. A five minute walk will bring you to the Matterhorn departure station, while a five minute walk in the other direction will take you into Zermatt village center with its many shops, restaurants and bars. The residence is located in the city center of Cervinia and it was just modernized to satisfy every desire. In the winter season the ski resort is just 80 meters away from the flat and in summer there are the city center, the golf club and all the trails that you can imagine just behind the residence. The house has the private garage for your car or for your ski tools and a big balcony where you can see the mount Cervino.

The House "Casa Blanca" is located in the quiet neighborhood of Zermatt called "Wiesti". It's about 10 minutes away from the Train Station and round 8 minuten to the station Sunnegga-Rothorn or the the next ski bus station. The Apartment is a cozy 3.5-room attic apartement (70m2) and offers space for 4 people. The Casa Blanca has a convenient ski room located at the entrance to the house.

Die 62 m² große Nichtraucher-Wohnung hat eine ruhige Lage in Winkelmatten, etwas abseits vom Ortskern von Zermatt am Findelbach. Sie befindet sich in einem Chalet mit 5 Wohnungen. Wer auf der Suche nach Ruhe und Entspannung ist, wird sich hier sehr wohlfühlen.
