Our villa is a lovely 2 bed 2 bath condo with rain forest views in a prime location in Manuel Antonio. The area's best restaurants, cafés, sunset bars, shops, wellness centers,banks and stores are all within a couple of minutes by foot. The beach is a 5-minute drive or a 20-minute walk. The condo is in a prestigious condominium consisting of only 9 other units. Parking is for ONE vehicle only. Mini Vans and Trucks do not fit in our parking space, ONLY 7-passenger SUV's and Smaller Cars!

This is the place to be if you want to walk EVERYWHERE! Great ocean view, full AC, and a quiet very safe area. There are several restaurants (including Agua Azul and Emilio's) within 2 minutes walking, a supermarket, and the most famous coffee house too! A bus stop is 100 yards away if you wanted to Visit Manuel Antonio park (3 min ride to park, $1 bus passes every 20 minutes). Or you could walk in about 20 minutes and see tons of Monkeys, Sloths, Macaws and maybe a toucan!
