A bright, beautiful space in a 1870s landmarked brownstone in Crown Heights North Historic District. The private ensuite is part of our house, we keep it for friends / family and is on the first floor with a private entrance. A short walk to the A/C train and ~30 minutes into lower Manhattan. Plenty of neighborhood restaurants/bars within walking distance along Franklin Ave and further down in Prospect Heights. Popular spots is a 30min walk away (BK Museum, BK Botanic Garden, Prospect Park).

Charming, private, newly renovated three-room guest suite in a family-owned Brownstone on a picturesque Brooklyn street. The sunny bedroom has a queen bed and a full size desk with lamp and charging station should you wish to work remotely. The kitchen is fully stocked and looks out onto our back garden. The bathroom has both tub and shower. You’ll be a few blocks from the A/C Trains with easy access to the Wall Street, The West Village, Central Park and the Upper West Side.

The top floor of privately-owned brownstone built in 1899 in a historic Park Slope part of Brooklyn. Just a short walk from 500-acre Prospect Park, Brooklyn Museum, and Botanic Garden. Short walk to multiple subway lines (3 stops to Manhattan). The place had undergone major renovation: central A/C, upgraded bathrooms, new appliances and décor. Under NYC law, we are allowed to host only two "paying guests". Reach out to us first if your party includes more than two adults.

You and your party have private access to the entire top floor with 2 bedrooms (queen/double), air conditioning and overhead fans, skylights, and a European spa bathroom with claw-foot tub and tree-top views. Dumbo, Beautiful Brooklyn Bridge Park with waterfront access, Brooklyn Heights and downtown Brooklyn offer a variety of great restaurants, cafes and shopping and all within a 7 minute walk.
