The cabin is surrounded by nature and farmland, it offers stunning views of the Poás Volcano and the Central Valley. It features a number of amenities, including a Finnish sauna, hanging bed,fire pit, BBQ, hammocks, kids house, and fireplace. The cabin's name is inspired by Cordyline fruticosa, a tropical plant with black leaves.

Parking Spot in the house's garage is free and safe!, but it is a bit of a tight squeeze, you can bring a Medium Size Car but your SUV will be tight.
