Welcome to our self contained one bedroom annex complete with kitchen, shower room & living room. The bedroom & shower room are freshly decorated for 2026. Guests have a separate entrance which is separated by two doors from the main house. You are welcome to use the garden & bar-be-que and sit anywhere. We have a very friendly dog who generally stays away. We don’t charge extra cleaning fees to bump the price up, we just ask that you leave the annex tidy. Cot bed available to hire for £15

Our home is close to the City Centre and all of the University of Worcester campuses. The Worcester Arena and New Road for cricket are a 5 minute walk away. The centre of St. John's is just a 2 minute walk; having a good selection of shops and restaurants. City 10 min. walk. You’ll love our quirky cottage set behind the houses on Henwick Road. 2 king size beds, a sofa bed, a travel cot/high chair are included. The property is a mews house stables conversion, once part of the neighbouring Georgian country mansion on the outskirts of the village of Callow End. Set in a peaceful rural location it is an excellent base for exploring the beautiful Worcestershire countryside, attending local events or even for a work related stop over. The house is a self contained, annexe to the Stables. It is comfortably furnished and has a small private garden with patio to the rear of the building.

Fairways Annexe is found in Sinton Green situated 10mins drive from Worcester and beautiful Worcestershire countryside -some beautiful local walks, the R.Severn, Witley court and the Malverns, all on your doorstep . You have a private entrance (and key) and your own use of a large bedroom/sitting room plus en-suite with shower and toilet, also a silent fridge, microwave and tea/coffee making facilities. An iron, toaster plus crockery are available upon request.

The Coneygree @ Northwick is a modern and light one bedroom apartment located in the quiet residential area of Northwick. With a great sized open plan kitchen/lounge area bathed in light from the large roof lantern for guests to relax, unwind or work in, comfortable double bedroom with plenty of storage for belongings, stylish wet-room and outside decking area to sit and enjoy the sunshine in privacy.

North Piddle self-contained studio

Self contained spacious annex with your own front door, en-suite bathroom, fridge, kettle, microwave, smart TV, hair dryer, seating area and desk space. There is a king size bed and, if requested, a second memory foam mattress on the floor. The studio is completely separate from the main house. There is ample off-road, private parking on the property and you are welcome to use the garden.
